Over the years there have been many questions asked regarding cleaning tips. I have included a few of these for you.
The best window cleaner I know, is white vinegar. If you mix approximately 1/2 cup of white vinegar to a gallon of water, you will clean your windows nicely. Another tip is to use newspaper to dry the windows instead of paper towels which often times leaves lint.
If you mix approximately 1/4 cup ammonia, 2 tablespoons of dish soap, and 1 gallon of water, you will have a good all purpose cleaner.
Take an old toothbrush, a small bucket of warm water and baking soda. Dip the brush in the water and shake baking soda lightly on the brush until it is well covered. Scrub the tracks and repeat as necessary adding baking soda to the brush. Wipe clean with a soft moist rag wrapped around a kitchen knife, which will let you run across the tracks and pick up all the dirt you have washed off.
I have always subscribed to the natural cleaning agents we have on planet earth. Here are just a few.. Use baking soda and a toothbrush to clean grout in your shower and bathtub. All cabinets , kitchen counters and appliances can be cleaned with either warm water and small amounts of dish soap, or for a super shine ,use white vinegar and water. For cleaning shower stalls, bathtubs, sinks and shower doors, try natural peppermint oil, which you can find in any food/vitamin store.
